The day of your appointment
If you fail to do pre care, services will not be performed and your deposit will be forfeited
You are welcome to bring one guest. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Kids under 13 years of age are not allowed in our shop.
Service Dogs are the only animals allowed.
You must arrive on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule to our next availability. Some services can be a 2 months wait, your deposit also will be forfeited.
We are booked solid, most clients have scheduled their appointment a month in advance.
We are truly grateful for the clients that come from near and far to see us. We prioritize an amazing experience for each client which is very important to us and being on time with our appointments is a must.

For Microblanding, Fusion iBROWS (Combination),
Kissable Lips (lip tinting ) & Lash Enhancement:
We require 3 or more days notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Be considerate of our time as permanent make up procedures are normally blocked for 3 hours of our time and your changing of plans can deeply impact our day.
This policy also applies for 6-8 weeks touch ups.
Lashes Extensions: We require 3 or more days notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Be considerate of our time, lash extensions are normally blocked for 2-3 hours of our time and your changing of plans can deeply impact our day.
All other services require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
No Shows
Are unacceptable, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay for services in advance prior to rescheduling.
